I looked over at Jackson after taking care of the cranky baby and Jackson had started dinner without us! He just picked up his self-claimed meatball and dug right in. At least I know my kids won't starve...

Jared says he has a fool-proof way to calm Tyson down. It makes him feel happy that he can be sure to calm the baby's cries! That, in turn, makes me feel happy too. :)

The kids got me this little statue at the dollar store today. It's me and the baby. Jackson has actually claimed it for his own in amount, um, 10 minutes.

Jared's mom paid for the material and her sister, Aunt Marcia, made this gorgeous blessing outfit!!!!! I can't stop talking about it to Jared, I think it is just the nicest thing EVER!!! It's so soft and warm and adorable and I'm SO grateful to mel and marcia for it!! Thank you! And Mel, thank you for all the help you've given us since the baby has been born. It has meant a ton to us and we love you!

We put Tyson in the footed jammies during the day and at night in the little night dresses. It seems to work well for him.

First baby bath! He felt somewhat insecure but eventually I think he'll come to love it.
